An Inspiring Journey from a Call-centre Employee to the CEO of an Aspiring Consulting Firm
A Humble Beginning
After completing his 12 grade and failing his IIT-JEE exam, Prince's journey began as a domestic call-centre advisor in 2007, because he couldn’t pursue his education due to financial difficulties. But he continuously reinvented himself. In 2009, he earned a BA in Counselling Psychology while working in a call center. He improved his English and discovered his passion for training while working as a Voice & Accent Trainer in 2010. This passion led him to develop advanced facilitation and behaviour training skills, eventually becoming a corporate trainer.
This pursuit needed him to develop his skills even further, so he did a Diploma in Educational Psychology and a Train the Training certifications in Advanced Facilitation Skills and Behavioural Training from American TESOL.

Expanding Skills and Expertise in Instructional Design and Content Writing
Motivated to help people better, Prince acquired instructional designing and content writing skills. He created training courses and curriculums, delivered Train the Trainer programs, and explored eLearning and video content development. This expanded skillset allowed him to create several self-paced e-learning modules.

Delving into Learning and Development Consulting
Prince's expertise in instructional design and content writing opened doors to the field of learning and development consulting. He helped several clients create bespoke L&D courses and delivered behavioural training as an external vendor. His thirst for learning eventually led him to pursue his studies, and he completed his M.Sc. in Psychology from Madurai Kamraj University, again while working and supporting his family. Soon after, he wrote a self-help book titled "A Search for Purpose" and briefly step into public speaking and life coaching.

Establishing Practrain Solutions and Venturing into L&D Consulting and Ed-Tech
Prince founded his own Learning & Development company, Practrain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he supported clients with executive coaching, talent development, business consulting, and other aspects of people strategy. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to venture into the world of Ed-Tech, where he gained invaluable insights through both success and failure.

Overcoming Challenges and Continuing to Learn
After incurring debt from his failed business, Prince had to start anew as a Training Solutions Manager at an Indian multinational company. He worked on high-visibility projects and earned numerous recognitions. Prince acquired formal validation of his skillset through ODCP & CPTD certifications and steered his portfolio toward talent management.

Embracing Opportunity as a Sr. Manager of Talent Management and Organization Development
Due to the limited growth opportunity at his previous position, Prince joined an aspiring start-up in a demanding role as a Sr. Manager Talent Management and Organization Development. He continued to learn and apply his expertise in employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational development programs. However, due to company restructuring and downsizing he lost his job. But this experience, along with his previous ventures, he has a first hand experience of the difficulties start-ups face in India despite of there being a lot of solutions that could help them from failing.

Launching OrgEvo Consulting™ to Empower Start-ups and MSMEs
In two months, Prince has started his own consulting firm, OrgEvo Consulting™, to empower start-ups and medium-sized enterprises to reach their full potential and give a better and secured future for their employees so that they don’t suffer the same fate as he did. He provides tailored, cost-effective, and futuristic business strategies, systems, and solutions to help organizations overcome complex challenges, foster exceptional performance, achieve sustainable growth, and succeed in their respective industries. He created a unique consulting framework called Capability Architecture based Organizational Development (CABOD) to solve al sorts of organizational issues for the struggling MSMEs.
