Strategic Human Process Intervention & Performance Management Framework

MAR’23-MAY’23

The company had interdepartmental conflicts. managerial skills were lacking. The intervention focused on creating a shared mission, vision, and values for the company. It also included creating KRA, core organizational competencies and essential training.

Org Design & Competency Framework

JAN’23-MAR’23

This project revolved around building a robust org structure, job roles, job levels, organizational and techno-functional competencies. The purpose was to allow better learning and developmental path, talent sourcing, performance management, and career development pathways. The project pilot was established for an overall career progression path, competency framework and org design was developed.

DRA Training Product

AUG’22-MAR’23

This project start of being a simple instructional design and course creation work for debt recovery agents but ended up being a full blown product offering. E-learning courses were created, an LMS was designed, compliance dashboard was made and it was pitched as a product to banks.

Org diagnosis & Leadership Assessment Framework

JUL’22-OCT’22

Conducted an org-wide survey and identified 21 areas of improvement for the organization. Focused on making a competency framework for leaders in the organization. A job fit matrix and an interview process was designed along with a leadership peer appraisal process. This included designing scoring parameters, trackers and dashboards.

Creating the CS team’s Quality Assessment process

The CS department didn’t have a proper quality assessment framework; he brought structure through training intervention and clear SOPs that improved the department’s performance.

LMS Integration

APR’20-JAN’21

Training and development activities were scattered throughout the organization. Departments and Business functions had their own training system. Some had their own simple LMS or KMS to deliver training. The goal was to deploy an LMS that could be used across department and bring structure and consistency to the training activities Org-wide.

Scaling up Editors’ training

NOV’19-JUL’20

The churn-out rate while recruiting editors was very high at Editage. Out of 500 people applying online for the job only 10 people make it and just two people clear the training. The major problem was the poor training quality and the hiring assessment was not targeting the right skills. His job is to come up with a training solution to change these numbers. In less then 2 months he designed AI powered 50 hours of E-learning module along with online assessment that doubled the trainee pass out rate.

Establishing and running a L&D Consulting Firm

MAY’16-FEB’19

He ran a training solutions company where he had to design custom training solutions for various clients. With no background in MBA, he took up this challenge as a one man army. Was able to create a partially operative Ed-tech & training marketplace platform.
